Specific terms for each client engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement which, in the event of a conflict, will take precedence over these Terms.

The Free Cyber Risk Snapshot is a complimentary, no-obligation consultation call of approximately 15 minutes. It is provided at our discretion and does not constitute a full security assessment or professional advice under a formal engagement. No ongoing services are implied or guaranteed from this call. UrbanIQ reserves the right to decline or reschedule a Snapshot call at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrbanIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any information provided on it. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of this website (excluding professional service engagements, which are governed by a separate agreement) shall not exceed £100.
